I. Introduction
As we begin 2025, we want to first wish our entire community a Happy New Year! 🥳 🎉⭐️
This comprehensive update covers the latest developments across the Big BLYMP ecosystem, detailing significant progress and upcoming features for each of our core initiatives: Yamfore, Obymare, and Uyniboard. We’ll explore Yamfore’s V1.5 release, Obymare’s development progress, and Uyniboard’s evolution into a general-purpose aggregator.
II. Progress
Uyniboard
While Uyniboard was initially conceived as a yield generation platform, observant community members have noticed changes in the official Obymare website metadata and Discord/GitHub descriptions, reflecting its transformation into a general-purpose aggregator.
Within the broader BLYMP ecosystem plan, this evolution further strengthens Uyniboard’s position as a central hub, creating stronger connections between Big BLYMP’s other two products (Yamfore and Obymare) and enhancing the overall value proposition across all three platforms.
As we explore functionalities beyond Obymare/Yamfore’s core features, attracting users with diverse needs, this indirectly introduces and highlights the value offerings of the BLYMP ecosystem. Rather than building everything from scratch, we can also choose to partner with existing solutions, leveraging their technologies while providing a superior UI/UX that competes with industry leaders.
After surveying the landscape and identifying better product-market fit, we’ve recognized an opportunity in the market with this expansion and are currently in active discussions with existing aggregation solutions. The team will carefully evaluate which features to implement based on the Cardano ecosystem’s current state and potential return on investment for the ecosystem.
Uyniboard’s key market advantage in its expansion into the aggregator field is its “free” upfront nature, requiring no fees for provided services. Instead, it aims to bring indirect value to the Big BLYMP ecosystem by utilizing Yamfore/Obymare services on the backend. For example, in the planned yield aggregation, value is generated through two primary sources: Yamfore generates yield through interest from borrowing fees, while Obymare creates value through $OBYUSD token minting fees.
For DEX aggregation services, users can access all exchanges for free by holding a specified amount of $CBLP/$OBYIII tokens in their wallet. Alternatively, users who don’t hold the required tokens can participate through an ad-based system, viewing a simple advertisement after completing a certain number of swaps. This ad-based aggregation system would be unique among existing solutions on Cardano.
Additional services such as Insurance, Cross-chain swaps, Lending & Borrowing, and Index Aggregation will follow similar indirect value generation methods already outlined to bring further growth into the Big BLYMP ecosystem.

Obymare
Since early 2024, our team has been working diligently on Obymare alongside Yamfore. This parallel development emerged from our deep analysis of Yamfore’s ecosystem, where we identified opportunities to expand its functionality through two distinct variants: Yamfore Classic and Yamfore Peer to Pool.
During this analysis, we identified a critical gap in the Cardano ecosystem: the absence of a versatile, robust stablecoin solution with ample liquidity that could serve as a foundation for sophisticated DeFi applications, particularly for our Yamfore Peer to Pool upgrade.
Our first public showcase of Obymare’s UI & UX preview received overwhelmingly positive support from the community. While not yet the final product, this preview validated our approach of developing in silence and prioritizing quality over speed. With Obymare’s contracts having already undergone thorough audits by TxPipes, we have established a strong foundation from day one.
Our team is now concentrating on the final preparations for the Obymare testnet launch. This includes refining the user interface to ensure an intuitive experience and implementing robust off-chain transaction building logic. These elements are crucial for creating a seamless, user-friendly platform that maintains the high standards expected by the Cardano community.
Obymare’s role extends beyond being just another stablecoin protocol. It aims to serve as a fundamental building block for the entire Cardano DeFi ecosystem, complementing Yamfore PTP and enabling more sophisticated financial applications with ample liquidity. Through strategic partnerships with other Cardano protocols, we aim to expand the utility and reach of our stablecoin solution.
Currently, our team’s focus on Obymare includes finalizing and polishing our UI & UX based on received community feedback, creating and finalizing all off-chain transaction building logic, preparing marketing materials for testnet, and completing various preparatory activities to ensure a smooth testnet launch.
Yamfore
Our current priority remains the release of Yamfore V1.5, our first major protocol update to Yamfore Classic. This significant upgrade introduces improved off-chain capabilities, a revamped UI/UX experience, and enhanced functionality through new auction portals. Progress is advancing well, with release expected this month. While this represents a delay from our initial end-of-year timeline, the overwhelmingly positive reception of our Obymare UI & UX preview has inspired us to ensure an equally polished and refined presentation for V1.5. Despite timeline adjustments across several initiatives, we’re pleased to report that the team has already achieved over 70% of our Quick Plan Initiative, demonstrating substantial progress across our set roadmap.
The V1.5 upgrade introduces two key features: ADA and CBLP Auction portals, both designed to supplement the protocol’s USD treasury while supporting Yamfore’s expansion. The ADA auction portal, which will launch first, utilizes staking rewards from users’ deposited ADA collateral. The CBLP auction portal, which will allow users to swap treasury CBLP tokens at a discount by providing stablecoins, will launch later when CBLP reaches our target threshold of 0.1 ADA (double its last peak price in ADA valuation). We welcome community feedback regarding this threshold in the Yamfore general chat.
Both auction initiatives will create additional capital flow, complementing our traditional loan repayment model (Yamfore Classic) and enabling users to purchase either token at a fixed market discount.
In response to the positive shift in market sentiment, we’ve hired a marketing expert with a proven track record in the Cardano ecosystem. This strategic addition will help increase visibility for the Big BLYMP ecosystem and articulate our value propositions across all initiatives — Yamfore, Obymare, and Uyniboard.

The positive reception of our recent developments, particularly the Obymare UI preview, validates our approach of prioritizing quality and thorough development over rushed releases.
